On this glorious Friday, we would like to recognize recent Employee of the Month, Zach K.!
Zach joined our Coaching team last summer which is fitting, because he brought the sunshine with him. Zach quickly settled into his role of Youth Coach and played a big part in re-establishing and facilitating Group Coaching for the youth we serve, which has made a great deal of positive impact.
Zach is never short on enthusiasm, excitement, and flexibility in his work with youth and families. He is a great advocate for youth and works very hard to assure kids are seen and heard. Zach’s passion for this work is refreshing and he does a fantastic job of creating a safe space for kids, co-workers, and families to be expressive, create connection, and have fun!
